Some Key West

I've managed to meet two of my fellow sailing bloggers (blogging sailors?). Had a couple of pints in The Boathouse with Captain JP last night, after a weekend of fun in Key West with Jolea.

Here's Kris helming the Liberty Clipper on our way back in from the sunset cruise.

And here are Kris and Jolea with a young lady we met on Duval Street.

So glad you guys had a great time, Jolea is getting pretty good a making memories for people. Did she fire a cannon off the Liberty for you?

The captain blasted one off out there somewhere.

I've been down there a few times and this was one of the fun ones.

She's a great tour guide... especially in the USVI/BVI. 5 or 6 islands in 9 days!

I can't wait to read about the rest of your vacation!

She's a great kid. At some point over the weekend, Kris said, "I wish we could adopt her."

Sure! You can adopt her... just send the payments (there's lots of them) to me here at the house. You're not the first.

But she'll still be our girl... we pat ourselves of the back all the time... we did pretty good. We also have a boy child ready to be adopted too. He's just as good as she is, but not quiet as vocal. It's about time we get some payback.
